In the family Everyone should Be happy

Together with LEGENDA Intelligent Development, we have developed and launched an advertising campaign that reflects a systematic approach, unusual for Russian developers, to the planning and construction of residential areas. This campaign includes a video clip for TV, YouTube and cinemas, as well as a series of promotion prints and outdoor advertising.

Objective

Apartment purchase is a very difficult and important step. The main thing for the developer is to build trust with customers and try to dispel all their fears. That is why our task was to create a fair and honest campaign, entirely consistent with the values of LEGENDA.

Insight

Home has always been associated with family. Sometimes, however, Russian developers forget about this crucial link and create advertising campaigns divorced from reality.

Idea

We wanted to dedicate this campaign to the family values, and add the feeling that people have when they watch a movie. We wanted our video to look like a trailer for a beautiful and heart touching film, which you would like to watch with your nearest and dearest over a cup of hot cocoa.
